Exorda is the name of the service provided by Premore.
Exorda is a personal finance tracking service that allows users to record and view information such as income, expenses, assets, and debts.
The Service is provided on an “as is” basis and may evolve over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed.
Using the Service requires creating a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service.
By using the Service, you grant Premore the right to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.
The Service may be offered as a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Premore aims to provide reliable access to the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
Premore may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially violated or if required by law.
The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
Premore is not liable for decisions made based on information shown by the Service, nor for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Finland.
Premore may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available in the Exorda service.
