Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Exorda service (“Service”).

1. Provider

The Service is provided by Premore (Business ID 1877355-4).
Exorda is the name of the service provided by Premore.

2. The Service

Exorda is a personal finance tracking service that allows users to record and view information such as income, expenses, assets, and debts.

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis and may evolve over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed.

3. User account

Using the Service requires creating a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. User data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service.

By using the Service, you grant Premore the right to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.

5. Accuracy of user-entered information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter into the Service is, to the best of your knowledge, accurate, up to date, and based on sources available to you. Such information may include, for example, income, expenses, assets, debts, loan details, interest rates, reference rates, interest review dates, payment amounts, and other information related to personal finance tracking.

Calculations, summaries, forecasts, and estimates produced by Exorda are based on the information entered by you, the settings of the Service, and the calculation rules used by the Service. You should verify material information from original sources, such as your bank, lender, contracts, invoices, or other official sources.

6. Loans, reference rates, and external benchmarks

If you enter into the Service a loan or other debt that refers to an external reference rate or benchmark, such as Euribor, you confirm in good faith that the loan or debt is based on an existing agreement or other valid arrangement between you and your lender.

Exorda may use reference rate information only to support user-specific loan calculations, estimates, and interest review contexts inside the Service. Exorda does not provide reference rates as a separate market data service, does not publish a daily reference-rate feed to users, and does not provide lender-confirmed interest rate information.

A reference rate shown in the Service may be shown only in connection with setting up an individual loan, an interest review point, or a related calculation. You should verify the applicable rate, interest review date, margin, payment amounts, and other loan terms from your loan agreement or lender.

Exorda’s calculations are informational estimates and do not replace lender communications, loan agreements, official benchmark sources, or any other document binding on you.

7. Reconciliation and bank data

If you enter, paste, or otherwise provide bank or payment transaction data into the Service for reconciliation or other processing, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use that data for your own personal finance tracking.

Exorda uses reconciliation and bank data only to perform the function requested by you, such as previewing transactions, reconciling them, or saving transactions approved by you. Exorda is not a bank, payment service, account information service, or official accounting system.

Unless the Service expressly states otherwise, raw bank data is not intended to be stored permanently in the Service. You should review reconciliation results before using them as a basis for decisions or further processing.

8. Fees and subscriptions

The Service may be offered as a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Availability

Premore aims to provide reliable access to the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Premore may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially violated or if required by law.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

Premore is not liable for the inaccuracy, incompleteness, or outdatedness of information entered by you, nor for decisions made based on information, calculations, estimates, or forecasts shown by the Service.

Premore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Finland.

14. Changes

Premore may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available in the Exorda service.
